Visarga refers to a Tantrik awareness cultivation practice that utilizes breath and bindu (points of awareness). In this way a Tantrika develops concentration and a subtler state of awareness. It also refers to a symbol in the sanskrit language similar to (:) that is used to echo a vowel sound. it also has more esoteric value within Tantrik traditions and lineages.
